We are happy to offer you standard shipping! At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. We ship via UPS and offer white glove services. Should, you wish to have us ship internationally, kindly contact us via phone or email; we would be happy to work with you.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers (thanks for your understanding!!).  
• Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping surcharge.

• Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge via our standard shipping method. Should you choose to have your gift certificate sent in one of our exclusive Tracy Porter boxes and gift wrapped, shipping charges will apply.
• If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are not available and need to be pre-ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your pre-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available, as you will have been charged for those items when you place your order.
• All orders will be processed within four business days.
