I’ve looked. Really, I have...high and low, for a barstool that was this lovely, handsome and interesting… but not overdone. IT did not exist. So that was that. I took action…. and now here she sits. You see, I needed something that my kids could eat breakfast on… that could be wiped down ( think sticky fingers… jelly everywhere) . I needed grown up ( friends over for cocktails) but not fussy…I needed modern with a big nod to classic and some smashing details…( hand painted leather, aged brass tacks, an ebony finish that will make you swoon) so that I still love it for years to come. I needed comfort , perfect back height, and a place to rest your foot. I’m sure this is it. Maybe you’ve been looking too?
